Fijian Daiquiri

Ingredients

  • 1.5oz BATI or RATU (White, Spiced or Dark)

  • 1.5oz Coconut Water

  • .5oz Fresh Lime Juice

  • .5oz Velvet Falernum

Method

  • Shake in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

  • Garnish with a lime wheel or coconut wedge.
